For some people, shredded paper is garbage; for others it could be a compost layer for a worm bin, but for Nathalie Boutte it is the perfect medium for creating incredible art. The artist, who lives and works in Montreuil, France, takes thousands of tiny strips of recycled paper (blank paper, tissue paper, pages from books, and tracing paper) and layers them like roofing shingles to construct incredible mosaics.
