Everyday Locations Become Portals to Another World

Did you ever wish the universe would just open up an entryway so that you could travel through space to another dimension? I’m afraid we can’t help you there, but it is still fun to imagine what that might look like. Artist Scott Hazard has done just that, creating the illusion of portals in everyday places. He calls the project Photo Constructs. By photographing a location, printing multiple copies of the picture, ripping different sized holes in each one, then layering them together with the smallest hole on top of the original picture and the largest furthest away, he has transformed doorways, skies, and walls into passageways to another world.
