Oliver Cartwright is a British artist, animator and designer living in Seoul, South Korea. Oliver is best known for drawing exclusively in BIC black ink with his images centered around dynamic line work. I know this because Twitter continues to surprise me on a regular basis as being an awesome place to discover new and exciting artists.
