As powerful economies fluctuate and governments shut down, it is sometimes difficult to factor in some of the other people inhabiting the planet. In a vast wetland near the border of Sudan and South Sudan lies the Yida Refugee Camp. This groove, known as the philtrum, tends to go un-noticed unless it is not completely formed, resulting in a cleft palette.
