If you love food, then this new project by photographer Beth Galton and food stylist Charlotte Omnes will certainly make your mouth water. The two provide a peek at food in a way that defies gravity- slicing it right down the middle in whatever container it’s normally found in. They got the idea for the series after a commissioned job that had them cutting a burrito in half for a photo shoot. Slicing styrofoam containers of iced coffee and ramen noodles, soup cans, and cartons of ice cream, they give us an inside peek that would be very hard to replicate. [Read more...]

Every year at yacht shows around the world, new edgy concepts are released as enthusiasts, designers, and people with really deep pockets look on hoping to catch a glimpse of something that stirs their souls. Unfortunately, just like in List25’s article on 25 of the world’s coolest concept cars, most of these models will never make it too market. “Honey, I’m taking the Bubble Mobile to the disco!” This wacky concept car from 1970s France was called l’Automodule. Designed by engineer Jean Pierre Ponthieu, the vehicle was equipped with a small two-stroke engine, a hydraulic transmission and electronic controls.
