World renowned artist and activist Ai Weiwei recently re-released his impressively repeating Forever Bicycles installation at Toronto’s La Nuit Blanche, an all night arts and culture festival. He previously installed the massive piece at Galleria Continua in San Gimignano, Italy, that time stacking them on their sides and only using 760 bicycles… yes we said only. Huang Guofu from Chongqing, China lost his arms because of an electrical shock at the age of 4, but that didn’t stop him from drawing. At age 12 he started to learn how to paint with his mouth and feet.

Last months TED conference featured a moving film about Chinese artist Ai Weiwei highlighting his treatment by the government, social change, the power of social media and Weiwei’s hopes for the future of China.
