In an effort to generate a sense of unity and understanding, Microsoft recently released “The Art of Harmony,” an art project created by real people from diverse cultural backgrounds and roles.

Participants of the project consisted of people from all walks of life including artist, educator, and social change advocate Joel Artista, Florida police officer Bobby White, West African refugee and artist Hawa Diallo, and founder of the Migrant Offshore Aid Station Christopher Catrambone to name a few.

Microsoft worked with agency m:united//McCann to create the short video. Throughout the video, participants offer up powerful statements as scenes that illustrate their roles play in the background. The short also includes shots of the participants using Microsoft products to create the final art piece shown at the end.

This project is supplemental to the company’s “Spread Harmony” campaign and will run during the holiday season online, on TV, via out-of-home, and across social media and various Microsoft supports.
