As cameras get better and more and more people are traveling the world, we have seen an abundance of travel photography, but this set from creative directors Peter Sedlacik and Zuzu Galova offers a different perspective. The couple takes snapshots of each other at the exact same time so that we can see each of their unique viewpoints. She uses a Nikon and he uses a Canon and they place their images side by side, diptych style, to show the contrasting vistas at any given location. They have been to Portugal, Austria, Slovakia, Germany, Czech Republic, Singapore, and now Australia, where they have decided to stay for awhile.[see_also]
In an interview with Petapixel, the duo shares:
Sometimes it´s interesting how people look at us, when they see us taking photos of each other while taking photos of each other. They sometimes think that we are crazy. Maybe it looks bit weird, but once when photos are done, edited and together, the results don’t look that bad …
