Portugese architect André Chiote has created a minimalist poster series celebrating this year’s World Cup in Brazil.
The designs take a step away from the usual chaos of schedules, celebrations and the millions of fans of the event to focus on the house the game is played in.
Chiote’s series for Brazil isn’t his first recognition of stadium form. In the past, he’s created works that explore the venues of his home country of Portugal, as well as Austria, Germany, and the Olympic stadiums in China and the U.K.. The illustrations are a timeless representation of this uniting experience for all communities.
