Snowflakes in Macro Form

In the Northern hemisphere, Winter is approaching. Snow has come to the colder parts of the planet and people are bundling up and staying inside more often. In Russia, snow is commonplace throughout most of the vast nation and with it come snowflakes.

Andrew Osokin (Андрей Осокин) is a photographer from the region and focuses most of his work on natural settings including flowers, insects and plants. Using a Nikon D80/D90 and a 60mm/90mm macro lens, Osokin captures the beauty and intricacy of snowflakes.
