To create some eerie portraits that look like they are from another world, digital artist Nicolas Obery adorns his characters with combinations of harsh metal parts and gas masks contrasted with flowing flora from trees and flowers. Although they are all in black and white brush stroke style, each character is unique and intriguing. Obery, who works as an art director and graphic designer for an advertising agency in Paris, calls this fascinating digital series “Fantasmagorik.”
