Described as “a super serious project about dogs and physics”, Maddie the Coonhound is a collection of photographs by Theron Humphrey that will continue to grow- almost daily- over the next 6 months. The photographer is bringing his best friend, Maddie, all over the US on a road trip that began last August.
The road trip is part of a photography project Humphrey calls “This Wild Idea”, where he meets, photographs , and tells the story of someone new every day for a year. He started photographing his incredibly obedient pooch in December and has taken a photo of her almost every day, standing on different objects. It’s an amazing collection to look through because Maddie is adorable and you can see every city that the duo has been through together on their journey. This lovely lady deserves lots of treats and belly rubs for her modeling debut!
