How do we spread the word about the massive wealth disparity in the US? This incredibly cool idea uses infographics stamped on dollar bills (one of the very items in hot discussion by the Occupy Wall Street movement) to quickly communicate jaw dropping facts to the country at large. Occupy George, the creators of the stamps, have open-sourced all the design giving citizens access to images for making your own rubber stamps. For those who don’t have easy access to a stamp making company, they’ve also created a set of printable dollar bills complete with graphics. Wow, that’s a great idea.. I really like the one that looks like a early computer game figure that went around gobbling things up. Wealth concentration 1920s, then like in 60s, then back to way it was in the 20s now.. Trouble is it’s not a game and the designers of world power hungry ate the board up.
Oh how clever, disrespecting our currency – as if it hadn’t already been sufficiently debased.
