Action Figures: If Star Wars Happened In 1942

Nearly everyone growing up in the 1980’s had a few Star Wars action figures… and if you didn’t you wished you did. Now an artist going by the name Sillof has re-imagined a huge array of figurines based on the original trilogy, but not quite so long ago. The images featured here are from his series World Wars 1942, but be sure to swing by and for his excellent wild west and medieval (!) versions.

Pretty cool action figures, but the Imperial Motor Scout should have been on a BMW, not a Harley-Davidson.

  2. ThatDarnCatsays:

So where are the rules for this steam punk version of Star Wars?

  3. hillarious – thanks for this.
btw, can you really buy these action figures? Where?

  4. Chris Parsonssays:

@Bob Gouldy I was thinking the same thing, but then i recalled Harley don’t make most of the parts themselves and i found this, even the guy whose page it was on thought the same as you, it does look quite similar doesn’t it, I would bet if you found the artists source it could have been one of these

Capt. Hank Solowski needs a blood chit jacket.
