Explosive Portraits Created With A Bang

You might remember our article from a while back about the talented street artist Vhils. His beautifully carved portraits are slowly and exactingly chiseled into stucco walls, leaving the old building with a new face. Well now, as if on a crunch for time, he is creating portraits using explosives buried underneath the clean white surface of the wall. Literally blasting the images into reality, the preparation can take hours… but the works take only a fraction of a second to finish.
