Psychedelic Real Estate Maps

These colorful maps were created by Stamen Design to illustrate San Francisco’s real estate market. Using vibrantly hued circles, the Cheerio Maps depict various home prices in the city, allowing users to quickly see how property values compare around the Bay area.

To jazz up the maps even more, they added a fun “Sharkify” feature (see final image). It “lets you vent whatever nasty emotions these real estate realities have dredged up by… well, by stamping giant clip-art sharks all over a city no doubt full of razor-toothed brokers and landlords,” FastcoDesign says.
