Borneo 5min
Climbing out of a seemingly bottomless canyon, Renan and friends establish a wild first assent on Mt. Kinabalu in Borneo. Their climb takes them to a place no one on earth has been before.
As It Happens
One of his more recent projects found Renan and his friend Cory Richards establishing a technical new alpine route in Nepal. They did this while hauling along a solar panel, satellite modem, digital SLRs and laptops so they could shoot and transmit the adventure from the high Himalaya as it happened.
